1. About these terms
These Website Terms and Conditions apply when you access eternalbalance.com.au, book or receive services from Eternal Balance, or purchase physical or digital products through the website.
By using the website, booking a service or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Additional information provided during booking, on a product page, at checkout or in a client intake form may also form part of the terms applying to that service or purchase.
2. About Eternal Balance
This website and its services are operated by Catherine Glover trading as Eternal Balance Mind and Body Wellbeing, referred to in these terms as “Eternal Balance”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
References to “you” or “your” mean a person who uses the website, enquires about or receives a service, or purchases a product.
3. Website information and professional advice
The information provided on this website is general in nature and is intended for informational and educational purposes. It does not take into account your individual circumstances and is not a substitute for personalised medical, psychological, psychiatric or other professional healthcare advice.
Although reasonable care is taken when preparing website content, we do not guarantee that every item of information will remain complete, accurate or current. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before relying on website information when making decisions about your health or wellbeing.
Eternal Balance is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or crisis support service in your location.
4. Practitioner–client relationship
Visiting this website, reading its content or submitting a general enquiry does not by itself establish a practitioner–client relationship with Catherine Glover.
Before services commence, prospective clients may be asked to complete an intake form containing information relevant to their circumstances and the proposed service. A practitioner–client relationship begins only when Catherine has agreed to provide services and an appointment or service arrangement has been confirmed.
Completing an intake form does not guarantee that a particular service will be suitable or offered. Catherine may recommend a different form of support or referral where a requested service is outside her scope of practice or is not considered appropriate for the client’s circumstances.
5. Appointments and payment
Appointment fees and available services are displayed on the website or otherwise communicated before an appointment is confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required in accordance with the booking information or invoice provided.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information and for attending your appointment at the agreed time.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend a confirmed appointment, the full appointment fee may remain payable. This reflects the time reserved for you and the limited opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.
Catherine may waive or reduce a cancellation fee at her discretion, including where exceptional circumstances apply. Choosing not to enforce the policy on one occasion does not waive the policy for future appointments.
If Eternal Balance needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment or refund any amount paid for a service that cannot be provided.
7. Client-specific hypnosis recordings
Where a hypnosis recording is prepared or recorded specifically for a client as part of a service, it may be sent electronically for the client to download and store on their own device.
Client-specific recordings are supplied solely for the personal use of the client for whom they were created. They must not be copied, published, sold, shared with another person or used for a commercial purpose without prior written permission from Eternal Balance.
You are responsible for downloading and securely storing any recording sent to you and for ensuring that your device is capable of playing it. Do not listen to hypnosis or relaxation recordings while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention.
8. Online purchases
Products, prices and availability may change from time to time. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Any delivery costs or other applicable charges will be shown before an order is completed.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected product. We may decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, a price or product description contains an obvious error, payment cannot be processed or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the affected amount using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
9. Delivery of physical products
Physical products are currently shipped to addresses within Australia only. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by postal or courier delays outside our reasonable control. Please contact us if an order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied or the parcel was not collected.
10. Change-of-mind returns
Eternal Balance may accept a return of a physical product where you have changed your mind, provided that:
- you contact us before returning the product;
- the return is approved by Eternal Balance;
- the product is unopened and unused;
- the product and its packaging are undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale; and
- you provide reasonable proof of purchase.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning an approved change-of-mind return. We recommend using tracked delivery because we cannot process a return that is not received.
For an accepted change-of-mind return, a processing and restocking fee equal to 10% of the returned product price, capped at $10, may be deducted from the refund. Original delivery charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return.
This voluntary change-of-mind policy is separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. No restocking fee will be charged, and reasonable return costs will not be left with you, where a remedy is required because a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
11. Digital products
Digital products may include pre-recorded hypnosis, relaxation or other downloadable audio content sold through the online store. The applicable delivery method will be stated on the product page, during checkout or in the order confirmation.
Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, share, resell, upload or otherwise make a digital product available to another person without prior written permission from Eternal Balance.
Because access to digital content may be provided shortly after purchase, we are not required to offer a refund merely because you change your mind. This does not limit any rights you may have if the digital product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
You are responsible for checking that your device and software can access the stated file format. If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us so that we can reasonably assist.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
If a product or service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, repeat service, refund, cancellation or other remedy depending on the circumstances and the nature of the failure.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or resources for convenience or further information. Eternal Balance does not control those websites and is not responsible for their availability, privacy practices, security or content.
The inclusion of a link does not necessarily indicate endorsement of the third party or all information appearing on its website. You should review the third party’s own terms and privacy information before using its services.
14. Acceptable use
You must not use this website:
- for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- to introduce malware or other harmful technology;
- to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;

- in a way that infringes the rights of Eternal Balance or another person.
15. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the original content created for Eternal Balance, including its text, branding, downloadable resources and original audio and visual materials, is owned by or licensed to Eternal Balance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, website software, stock materials and other licensed content remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view and print reasonable extracts of publicly available website content for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, adapt or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected through the website, intake process, appointments and purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please do not submit sensitive or health information through a general website form unless the form specifically asks for that information.
17. Website availability
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website from time to time. While we take reasonable steps to maintain the website, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, secure or free from technical errors.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eternal Balance is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on general website information.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising under applicable consumer protection legislation.

We may update these terms when our website, services, products or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes apply from the date they are published and do not retrospectively alter rights or obligations relating to a completed purchase or service unless the law permits or requires this.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and Eternal Balance submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts that hear appeals from those courts.
